We shall meet in an exclusive Cleveland (Ohio, USA) location for a unique event to view the
original manuscript of Symphony No. 2 by Gustav Mahler.

The exact timings are almost finalised between us and the Cleveland Orchestra, the owners of the manuscript.

Attendance is limited to 30 people from anywhere around the world, so do get in touch if you would like to join us.

DAY ONE
Arrive in Cleveland with transport to our luxury accommodation
Welcome by Morten Solvik and Mark Strachan
Transportation to Severance Hall, home of Cleveland Orchestra
Tour of Severance Hall
CONCERT - Mahler 2 reduction for piano, soloists and small choir by Iain Farrington

DAY TWO
Masterclasses during the morning on Mahler 2
Transportation to Severance Hall for preparation of Private View of original manuscript
PRIVATE VIEWING
Evening Concert (this will be music that is available in Cleveland whilst we are there and is unlikely to be Mahler 2)

DAY THREE
End of Event

The cost includes all accommodation, transport, meals and
a collectors’ numbered facsimile of the manuscript* and will be:
£5.975 for two people sharing a room or
£6,975 for individuals.

*The collector’s facsimile edition is being undertaken by Cleveland Orchestra and a numbered copy will be reserved for you, yet the project will take some time to complete.
